Order On Line
Now you can order on line.  Just fill out the on line order form and submit it.  You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail.  95% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours.  We will let you know by e-mail when your order was shipped.  We accept the following payment methods for on line orders:

Discover & Money order

Truck Freight Orders
Some orders are too large or heavy to be shipped by UPS.  These items must go by truck freight.  All truck freight orders must be prepaid.  Call customer service for quote on freight charges, 1-800-711-0125.

Free Shipping
All prepaid orders of $1000 or more will receive free shipping by UPS ground in the continental United States.  This does not include oversize, overweight or truck freight shipments.

Order By Fax
You can fax your order 24 hours a day.   Just print a copy of the order form, complete all the information and fax it to (972) 972-941-8644.

Returns
If you need to return a product for any reason for exchange, credit, or refund, contact Firewheel Classics for a return authorization number. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. The customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless the return is due to our error. Note: products that have been altered in any way and are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to the customer. Any printed materials (such as literature, manuals, and stencils), any electrical parts, and special order parts are non-returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.  Returns made after this time are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
