Order On Line Now you can order on line. Just fill out the on line order form and submit it. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. 95% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will let you know by e-mail when your order was shipped. We accept the following payment methods for on line orders: Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover & Money order	Truck Freight Orders Some orders are too large or heavy to be shipped by UPS. These items must go by truck freight. All truck freight orders must be prepaid. Call customer service for quote on freight charges, 1-800-711-0125.
Order By Mail Print a copy of our order form, complete it and mail it to: Firewheel Classics 119 Regency Dr. Wylie, TX 75098 We accept credit cards, cashiers checks, money orders, personal checks (these must clear 18 days before your order is shipped)	Free Shipping All prepaid orders of $1000 or more will receive free shipping by UPS ground in the continental United States. This does not include oversize, overweight or truck freight shipments.

Shortages Please notify us within 3 days upon receipt of your order if you have been shorted any merchandise, after this time, we will not be responsible. Be careful when opening your order so that small items do not get lost in packing.

Returns If you need to return a product for any reason for exchange, credit, or refund, contact Firewheel Classics for a return authorization number. A copy of your invoice must be included with your return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid, we will not accept C.O.D's, or Third party billing. Note: products that have been altered in any way or are not in re-sellable condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.. Any printed materials (such as literature, manuals, and stencils), any electrical parts, exhausts, partial kits and special order parts are non-returnable. All returns must be made within 15 days of invoice date and in original packaging. We cannot accept returns that have been installed. Returns made after 15 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
